Clinical Research of Ontario (CRON) is a privately-owned clinical research site based in Scarborough, Ontario, Canada—a community known for its diverse urban population. We are dedicated to providing our community with access to high-quality clinical trials that advance medical innovation and improve patient outcomes.
Our team includes board-certified Principal Investigators (PIs) and Sub Investigators (SIs) with extensive experience across a range of therapeutic areas, including Gastroenterology, Infectious Disease, Endocrinology, Women’s Health, Central Nervous System, Respiratory, Hepatology, and Dermatology. These experts work closely with our Clinical Research Coordinators (CRCs), who are highly trained in Good Clinical Practice (GCP), clinical trial processes, and regulatory guidelines.
At CRON, patient safety and data integrity are our top priorities, as we strive to contribute to the advancement of medicine and improve lives worldwide.
Our Facility
We are located within the Finch Midland Medical Centre, a hub with access to many physicians—making it an ideal location for referrals. Our site is equipped with three exam rooms, a mini lab, a conference room, and a spacious patient waiting area. Patients benefit from convenient on-site parking and close proximity to TTC transit for easy accessibility. The facility is fully wheelchair accessible. We are located near Scarborough Health Network – Birchmount Hospital, and have access to diagnostic services including lab work by Life Labs, and imaging services such as X-rays and ultrasounds provided by Ultimate Diagnostics. For added convenience, Finch Midland Pharmacy is also located within the building.
